Fear of under-standing
If I under-stand..will you over-stand
and if I take a stand..must i fear you
Those who hear me merely
This poem was not meant for you

to me
Will help and pull me thru-

To under-stand was never meant to be
That one should bend ones knee to thee-
To THEE, who would demand me
To lose my voice in this timid crowd

When I take a stand, with most
